Studying & sleep

Just turned 7...

Honestly, I feel bad telling them to "go study", when one is busy reading library books and the other is doing crossword puzzles about dinosaurs.

Also, this morning -
Me: "Ro, I can never sleep next to you again. You move and kick me too much."
Ro: "I didn't kick u that much!
Ok I kicked u a few times, but I couldn't sleep last night."
Me: "Why is that?"
R: "I dunno. My head was scratchy."
Kai: "Really?? I had a GREAT sleep last night!"

Discrimination?

Kai:  "I need to pee badly, Momma"

Me:  "How do you know to say 'badly' instead of 'bad' Kai?"

Kai:  "I know how to speak English well because I'm not from India."
